What we collect

When you request a pickup or proposal we collect your name, phone number, email address, the page you submitted from and any notes you add. If you become a customer we also collect your service address and payment details through our billing provider.

How we use it

We use your information to contact you about your request, schedule and perform service, bill you and improve our website. We may call or text you at the number you provide about your request and your service.

Text messages

If you check the consent box you agree to receive text messages from Called to Scoop. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. We do not sell or share your phone number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us run the business (scheduling, billing, messaging, analytics) and when the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information.

Analytics and cookies

If enabled, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. You can block it with your browser settings or an extension.
