Service
Called to Scoop provides residential and commercial pet waste removal in the East Valley, Arizona. Plans are billed every 4 weeks based on visit frequency and service tier, with +$20 per 4 weeks for each additional dog. Prepaid periods may be cancelled at any time and the unused portion is refunded. There are no contracts and you may cancel at any time.
Free first pickup
New customers receive one free pickup with no obligation. One free pickup per household.
Access and safety
You agree to leave gates accessible on your service day and to tell us about any concerns with your dog. We may skip a visit if access is unsafe and will make it up as soon as practical.
Guarantee
If we miss a spot, tell us and we will re-do it within 24 hours.
Calls and text messages
By submitting a form and checking the consent box, you agree that Called to Scoop may call and text you at the number provided, including with automated technology, about your request and service. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
Liability
We are insured. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected service.
